The Pie Bar is a small batch bakery that provides modern baked goods using traditional techniques and unique flavours incorporating fresh, local produce and tailored to each season. Fan favourite products include sourdoughs, focaccia, tarts, croissants, cruffins, fruit and custard pies, and extra-large cookies! Our unique products are the only ones offered in the area and have been rapidly growing in popularity. On any given Saturday our little bakery attracts customers from Kingston, Ottawa and Toronto who then enjoy the day/weekend exploring what our beautiful Village has to offer.
Meet Stacy
The Pie Bar is the product of a heartfelt soul search that lead owner, Stacy Blair, on a journey to create a life she knew was worth living.
The Pie Bar focuses on creating modern and distinctive recipes that implement traditional techniques using unconventional flavours and fresh produce tailored to each season. With flavours such as Honey Lavender, Strawberry Lemon Basil, and Raspberry Verbena, Stacy’s love of the unconventional has created a following not only within Ontario, but around the world.
Stacy’s business started in 2015 as a means to share her passion of baked goods with family, friends and neighbours in her community. The Pie Bar transitioned into a full time bakery business selling at the weekly Westport Farmers Market in 2019. As demand increased, The Pie Bar evolved from exclusively baking pies and is now a purveyor of modern baked goods in Eastern Ontario, incorporating delicious sourdough, pastries and cookies into their menu.
The Pie Bar is nestled in the heart of Rideau Canal Country, just a short drive from the beautiful village of Westport, Ontario.
